This design and renovation project was carried out by TDR for a client in Hamilton. 

The existing bathroom had excessive mold and water damage, no air supply, and a visibly crooked floor.

The new bathroom was carefully designed to make the space feel larger, be budget-conscious, and last a long time. The construction included full demolition of existing finishes, replacing mold-damaged studs, reframing walls, raising the ceiling, adding air supply, adding lighting, modifying plumbing, levelling the floor, drywalling, mudding / taping, painting, trimwork, installing new fixtures, designing & fabricating a custom feature wall & floating shelf, and new flooring.

Project was completed in a timely manner and included our standard professional cleaning. Client was very satisfied with their new space.
