This 3100sf design project was carried out by TDR for a client in Brantford and is currently under construction.

An existing 1-storey house with walk-out basement was in need of a major renovation to become a profitable house flip that would provide a comfortable, safe, efficient home to families for decades to come.

 

Timeless Designs and Renovations worked with the owner to design a completely refreshed building, including making a second storey, making several structural repairs, making a finished basement, and adding an upper-level deck.

Timeless Designs and Renovations then managed the building permit process with the City of Brantford to ensure a seamless, hands-off experience for the homeowner. The plans designed by Timeless were approved by the City and construction is now well underway, with construction expected to finish in the Spring of 2023.
