This design and renovation project was carried out by TDR for a client in Hamilton looking to sell their home soon after. 

The existing bathroom was overdue for a remodel, in order to sell the home for fair market value.

The new bathroom was designed to be an inviting space, stay very budget-conscious, and have a fast-paced schedule. The construction included full demolition of all existing finishes, replacing mold-damaged framing, adding an exhaust fan, new lighting, modifying plumbing, new laminate flooring, mold-resistant drywalling, mudding / taping, painting, trimwork, and installing new fixtures.

Project was completed quickly and was a highlight in the realtor photos.
