This design and renovation project was carried out by TDR for a client in Hamilton.

The old bathroom was past its prime, and in need of a full renovation down to bare studs and floor boards. In the 4 layers of old wall, asbestos was discovered, and an abatement team was coordinated for its safe removal.

The new bathroom was carefully designed to respect the home's style, add more storage space, be budget-conscious, and last a long time. The construction included full demolition of all finishes, replacing studs, fixing electrical, installing new subfloor, modifying plumbing, drywalling, mudding / taping, painting, trimwork, new recessed cabinets, installing new shower and fixtures, installing waterproof wainscoting, and new flooring.

Project was completed in a timely manner and the clients were very satisfied with their new space.
