This 5000sf custom home design project was carried out by TDR for a client in Flamborough and is currently under construction.

The vacant land was acquired by the owner, who came to TDR to turn their dream home vision into reality.

Timeless Designs and Renovations worked with the owner to design a sprawling 2 storey home that bathes each room in natural light, has a 3 car garage, in floor heating, and a massive space for hosting their large family and friends around a wood burning fireplace. TDR also coordinated various sub-consultants and teams including civil engineers, a structural engineer, septic designer, HVAC designer, and truss & joist designers, as well as managing the lengthy permit process with the City of Hamilton and MTO. 

 

The plans designed by Timeless were approved by the City and construction is now underway, with foundations poured in February 2024.
