This renovation design project was carried out by TDR for a client in Toronto and is currently under construction.

An existing 1920's 2-storey semi-detached house was in need of a renovation to meet a new family's needs, and become a beautiful space to entertain. 

​

Timeless Designs and Renovations worked with the owners to design a refreshed main floor and second storey, including opening up several walls, making structural changes, a completely redesigned kitchen, moving the laundry room upstairs, and renovating a bedroom and bathroom.

Timeless Designs and Renovations then managed the building permit process with the City of Toronto to ensure a seamless, hands-off experience for the homeowners. The plans designed by Timeless were approved by the City and construction is now underway, with construction expected to finish in the Spring of 2023.
